The smell of smoked beef and coffee hangs in the cool evening air as the chuckwagon bell rings — an unmistakable cue that a night of old‑time western entertainment is about to begin. At the Great American Chuckwagon, diners gather on long benches under open rafters while fiddles begin a lively reel and cowboy voices trade jokes and stories. The show moves from music to comic skits and gun‑twirling demonstrations, all paced to keep families engaged for the 90‑minute run.
