You glide off from the Mobilboard shop on the river’s edge, wheels humming, as the Saône dares you to look up—Fourvière and its basilica surveying the city like an old guard. The guide sorts the e-bikes and gives a quick briefing; helmets snap on, and the group slips along quays that reveal Lyon’s layered history: Roman foundations, Renaissance courtyards and working-class silk hills.
