Conquer challenging terrains like the Ledge, Brain, and Rock Garden, while capturing breathtaking views. Guided by experts, this unique experience opens the door to more thrilling trails in Big Bear.

About

  • Gold Mountain is one of 42 trails in the whole country that Jeep has designated as their Badge of Honor trails. These are all advanced trails with amazing views, history, and exciting/challenging terrain.
  • Our guides will lead the way and assist our guests as we conquer this awesome trail. We will ascend three named features. First the Ledge, then the Brain, and finally the Rock Garden. We will get out for photos at some of the most amazing viewpoints in all of Big Bear.
  • Gold Mountain is the first trail in BBJE’s badge of honor trail system. After completing this challenge you will then be qualified to complete the other trails in the local Badge of Honor trail system. Next would be Holcomb Creek the the world famous John Bull trail!
  • Tour price does not include gratuity
  • Children minimum age to be on the tour is 18 months.If you will be bringing a toddler let us know ahead of time so we can provide you with appropriate car seat.

  • Bring cameras, go pros and any other device you may use to get awesome footage!
  • Comfortable walking shoes & outdoor clothing
  • Sunscreen and hats are recommended
