Experience the tranquility of nature with a Standup Paddleboarding 101 session. This two-hour adventure includes expert instruction and time to explore the open water independently. Perfect for all skill levels, it’s an opportunity to connect with yourself and friends while embracing a commitment to health and wellness.

Standup Paddleboarding 101 instructional followed by independent cruise time on the open water.
We provide boards, paddles, PFDs (Personal Flotation Devices), dry bags for personal belongings.
Please bring a personal water bottle, sunscreen/bug spray, water friendly footwear, an adventurous spirit, and most importantly an open mind and heart filled with gratitude for the commitment you are making to your health and wellness. And, of course, bring friends!
Always wear a properly fitted life jacket; it’s provided but essential for safety on the water.
