The city breathes at two speeds here: the measured stride of morning joggers in Parc de la Ciutadella and the steady push of the Mediterranean wind across Port Vell — and a Segway lets you meet both. You start at Passeig Lluís Companys, wobble through the Arc de Triomf’s red-brick arch, and cruise under plane trees toward the old harbor where water dares you closer with every view.
