Duration

30 Minute Tour. Please arrive to the park 30 minutes before your scheduled tour and check in at the ticket booth. Your boat leaves at the exact departure time.

  • Please note: Our new all-accessible Glass Bottom Boat, the Chief Potackee, operates weather permitting. Wheelchairs may be accommodated aboard the Chief Potackee. If you would like to reserve tickets on the Chief Potackee, please book online where marked "Wheelchair Accessible". We are unable to accommodate wheelchairs on board our other Glass Bottom Boats due to the historic nature of the boats. For guests who are able to transfer to our historic boats, we are happy to assist them. We do not allow pets on board unless the animal has proper identification as a service dog.

The Glass Bottom Boats showcase the crystal clear springs and the underwater life that naturally inhabits Silver Springs. Come enjoy one of the many daily trips up and down the Silver River where guests have the unique opportunity to see below the surface of the water and enjoy the river’s wildlife, vegetation and historical and cultural artifacts. From Native American artifacts – a row boat brought by early Spanish settlers, to movie props from the days Hollywood productions flourished in the park – the springs are yours to discover.
