Experience the thrill of glamping along the scenic Potomac River in Harpers Ferry! Our luxury canvas tents come fully equipped with comfortable beds and fire rings, perfect for family adventures. Enjoy direct river access for boating and fishing, all while surrounded by the beauty of nature in a historic setting.

Harpers Ferry Glamping Tent Sites#

Introducing Our New Luxury Tent Sites! Don't have a tent or want to take the time to set up your own? We have fully set up National Park Style Canvas tents on Full Decks already set up along the Potomac River in Harpers Ferry. Each site has a direct view of the river. The ground in front of the tent site slopes down to the river. It is best to access the water from the boat ramp nearby. Glamping tent, full size mattress and bed frame, picnic table and fire ring included. Parking for one car is available at the site. 4 campers per site max - 2 adults and 2 children. Sleeping bags and air mattresses or seperate tent will need to be brought for extra campers. Linens NOT included. Linen Packages (except blankets) are available.

Glamping Tent Sites are located on a beautiful deep water section of the Potomac River near Harpers Ferry in Jefferson County. A four mile section of deep water runs from our campground to above the Dargan Bend Boat Ramp in Maryland. Pontoon boats, fishing boats, water skiing, wake boarding, and jet skis are welcome. Pitch your tent and tie your boat up out front. Bring your RV as well. There are electricity and water hookups for RV sites. For those willing to rough-it, it is a beautiful unique location. We also offer beautiful, River Front Cabins that offer heat and AC, as well as their own full bathrooms.

Beautiful Sites along the Potomac River in Historic Harpers Ferry, WV. These sites are along a gravel path in a more secluded part of the campground. Activities are available nearby at River Riders. There is a bathhouse on site with private showers and bathrooms. A boat ramp is nearby also for access to the Potomac River.

Linens are not included in the rental. Please bring queen size sheets, pillows, and blankets, towels etc. We have linen packages available. Must be reserved in advance to assure availability. Please contact River Riders directly at 304 535 2663 with any questions or in advance to arrange late check-in after 5pm.

Please be aware that in the event of flooding or potential flooding, Harpers Ferry Campground may cancel reservations with refund as only liability.
