Drop Off Details

Drop off at Hotels in Seward City limits -The Harbor Masters office, Saktown Liquor Store - Windsong Lodge & Seward Cruise Ship Terminal.

Late night riders will be dropped at their door & driver will wait for you to enter dwelling. Please include your drop address for late night rides to Seward. Some locations are an additional charge ie Lowell Point - Ship Yard Winter late night riders, ##no unplowed/icy roads or driveways will be entered by our driver. Please have a back up plan for a ride to your location. Our drivers will drop at Harbor Masters Office with a 10 minute wait during difficult driving conditions

Red Eye Rides Terms & Conditions

Alaska is an unpredictable and busy state, especially in the summer months. Red Eye Rides always aims to get you to your location on time while having a good time.

Red Eye Rides, LLC is primarily a ride share service. Unless a private charter is reserved, customers will ride along with other travelers. When making your reservation please be aware of the following.

Travel & Road Conditions
  • Departure and arrival times may vary due to unexpected road conditions, construction schedules and/or accidents limiting thru traffic. Winter travelers may experience delays due to unplowed or icy road conditions. Red Eye Rides, LLC keeps a constant eye on road conditions. We may postpone travel until the State of Alaska & municipalities have started working on clearing up the roads. Please be aware of your schedule & how this may affect you.
  • Red Eye Rides, LLC is not responsible for missed travel accommodation's due to any of these conditions or any scheduling conflicts. Your schedule is your responsibility.
  • Schedules may accommodate passenger pick-ups at Moose Pass & Tern Lake which will add time to the trip duration.
Personal Belongings
  • Each passenger is welcome to one carry on item and up to a 50lbs. bag/suitcase/tote. Additional items must not exceed 50lbs.
  • Red Eye Rides, LLC is not responsible for your belongings.
  • Pets are welcome on Red Eye Rides as long as they can comfortably ride in a pet carrier.
  • Ski & Snowboard bags are an additional $25 due to size
Cancellations
  • Reservations cancelled more than 2 days prior to the travel day will receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 1 day prior to travel or less are non-refundable.
