Join the Brighton Gin School for an unforgettable 2-hour experience where you’ll craft your own gin! Choose from a variety of botanicals, distill your unique recipe, and take home a personalized 700ml bottle. Enjoy complimentary G&Ts while learning the art of gin-making in a fully accessible distillery.

The Brighton Gin School welcomes you to become a master gin-maker! Spend a couple of hours with us to create your own gin! Develop your own recipe from a range of botanicals; then bottle and label your creation to take home to enjoy! Come along by yourself or bring a friend, and discover the processes of gin-distilling whilst enjoying a G&T (or two!) on us.

Highlights

We have six stills at the Brighton Gin School, and each is capable of distilling 700ml of gin, making this a very personal experience. Book one still for yourself, or share the experience with a friend.

Includes

Decant your gin, label and wax your own 700ml bottle of gin to take home afterwards. We will then keep record of your unique recipe so we will be able to recreate your gin whenever you would like another bottle! All Gin School guests will receive a 10% discount for anything purchased during their distillery visit!

Accessibility

Our Gin School events take place on the ground floor in our distillery which is fully accessible. Regrettably there is no entirely level access to toilets on site - there are toilet facilities on the ground floor there are toilet facilities on the ground floor via a 2.5 inch step. The door frames are 29”. If you have any questions regarding accessibility please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
