About This Adventure

Embark on an exhilarating tuna fishing adventure where you’ll jig for live bait and adapt your tactics based on the tuna's behavior. With expert guidance and a touch of humor, enjoy the thrill of the catch, and have your fish expertly prepared for you. Experience the excitement of deep-sea fishing like never before!

About

It's all about the fish!

For tuna trips, we will procure live bait en route, by jigging up some mackerel. Once on the grounds, the tuna dictate our tactics. We may stop, drift, or anchor while using live offerings, or if it looks like a trolling day, we will put out a spread of squid bars, chains, and cedar plugs to entice Old Charlie!

Adventure Tips

Bring layered clothing

Ocean weather can shift rapidly; dress in layers to stay comfortable throughout the day.

Wear non-slip footwear

Decks get wet and slippery—sturdy, non-slip shoes are a must for safety during the trip.

Use sunscreen liberally

Even on cloudy days, UV rays reflect off the water; protect your skin to avoid burns.

Stay hydrated

Bring plenty of water and snacks as the trips can last 10+ hours with limited facilities onboard.
