You can custom the workout to fit where you are, resting when needed or jumping in to cool off at any point. Can’t wait to get fit with you on the water!

What to Bring

We will provide paddle boards, paddles, PFD’s- all things needed to paddle. All you need to bring is yourself and some water. Water shoes are optional, but bare feet are great too.
