About This Adventure

Join us for a unique cooking class where you'll master the art of General Tso's Tofu, a delicious vegetarian twist on a classic Chinese-American dish. Enjoy a refreshing Smashed Cucumber Salad and indulge in a delightful Sesame Seed Mango Pudding, all while sipping on wine or beer in a fun, interactive atmosphere!

General Tso’s sauce is the perfect combination of sweet, spicy, tangy and savory! While typically done with chicken, we decided to utilize the holy grail of vegetarian protein: tofu!

Doors open 30 minutes before class to give you time to enjoy beer & wine selections from our bar!*
Each guest is provided with an apron to wear throughout class. Please bring your own to-go containers for any leftovers.
Closed-toe shoes are recommended. Parking is available. Overflow parking available at Les Schwab or at Washington Square Mall.

*Please arrive to class on time. Late arrivals may result in sitting out the first course.
