What you'll do

Discover Madeira's secret natural gem on this full-day swim tour to Garajau. The marine park of the Garajau Partial Nature Reserve is a unique place to visit, with wild landscapes and spetacular views.

This tour starts from the Garajau beach. Here you will meet your friendly and local guides, who will accompany you on this beautiful swimming through the warm and turquoise waters of this natural reserve.

Then we will take you out for a delicious portuguese lunch in Garajau. Once everybody is fuelled up with energy again we will visit the region or do a second swim.

Your itinerary

Swim in a Nature Reserve The day will begin with a 3km along the marine park of the Garajau Partial Nature Reserve. The view from here is unrivalled as the entire Bay of Funchal is laid out before us.   After lunch, we will visit the region or do a second swim. It’s an excellent and exciting way to end the day, as we are surrounded by the imposing cliffs that dominate the volcanic landscape in this area.
