This is a more technical version of our hit Hand-Rolled Truffle Making class. Interested in doing more cooking? In this class, students learn the foundations of ganache-making, shaping truffles, tempering chocolate, and enrobing truffles by hand! Once students cook and temper their ganache, they will get into rolling and coating truffles like in our OG class. Same chocolate, same taste, more hands-on fun!
This class requires participants to work in pairs, promoting teamwork and shared learning.
Starting promptly ensures you have the full two hours to complete your truffles without rush.
Wear comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting a bit messy during tempering and rolling.
Ganache contains coconut, so notify the instructors if you have allergies.
