Driver & Rental Requirements:

The driver must be 21 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license or passport. The license and card used to make the reservation must be presented on the day of your rental for verification. Additional forms of ID may be requested. Passengers under the age of 18 may be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Deposit Policy:
A $250 refundable damage deposit per vehicle is required for renters aged 25 or older. A higher deposit will be held for renters under 25. This is not a charge but a hold on the credit card used for booking. The hold will be released on the same day the vehicle is returned, provided no damage is found. The driver or person paying for the reservation is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period, as outlined in the rental agreement.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds for any reason (e.g., bad weather, change of plans, flight delays, or if the rental does not meet expectations). There are no exceptions. Customers who provide at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation will receive full credit towards a future booking. Rental credits do not expire. We are flexible if you need to postpone or move your rental.
