What to Expect

Our Santa Barbara food tour starts on the edge of the Funk Zone and will walk you through the heart Funk Zone and lower State Street neighborhoods where you will taste the cuisine that our city is known for! Treat yourself to bites of gastropub creations, fresh baked goodies and Mexican foods to craft brews & artisan wines. Along the way, you’ll get immersed in the local culture, explore the neighborhood, discover local restaurants and hear interesting stories about each place you’ll visit.

You’ll also learn easy-to-shoot photo tips from your pro tour guide and take your foodie photo skills to the next level using your smartphone’s camera app. By the end of your 3ish hour tour, you’ll be eating like a local and shooting like a pro! (Please note: this tour is not suitable for vegan diets. We also do not offer a substitution at this time for the one seafood tasting on this tour.)

The tour starts at Santo Mezcal at 119 State Street in Santa Barbara, located in the same building as Riviera Beach House.

The tour has a different meeting spot on SUNDAYS: Tiger Mural at Dart Coffee - 121 E Yanonali St, Santa Barbara, CA 93101.
