Telaga Waja’s channel reflects centuries of volcanic sediment and irrigation-driven land use; river corridors have long supported villages and temple sites in eastern Bali.
Operators often support local river clean-ups and use on-site facilities to limit impact; stick to marked trails and avoid leaving plastic on riverbanks.
