Moderate fitness: you should be comfortable boarding boats, swimming at surface and performing basic dive tasks such as clearing masks and equalizing.
Trips often accept both certified divers and introductory 'try dive' participants—check with the operator beforehand; certified divers should bring their card.
Typical bottom times are 30–50 minutes depending on depth and air consumption, with a lunch surface interval of about an hour between dives.

Boats provide basic boarding ladders and a sun deck, but boarding from piers and climbing ladders can be challenging—contact the operator to discuss accessibility options.
