About

We also encourage our guests to bring a camera, to capture the moment as well as Great Barrier Island's incredible west coast scenery. We target snapper but you may be lucky and catch one of the other species that are in our waters. We promote conservation of our fisheries and encourage you to limit your catch not catch your limit. We have moved away from using bait to lures to minimise the damage to the ecology caused by the bait industry. Feel free to talk to our skippers about our philosophy.

Protect Your Electronics

Keep cameras and phones in waterproof cases or bags to avoid damage from spray and sudden rain bursts.

Follow Catch Limits
