You start on a cool Atlantic morning, the harbor light silvering the Marina as a driver meets you at your hotel and eases into Agadir’s low-slung city. The road climbs briefly to the old Kasbah; from that scarred stone ridge the sweep of the bay and the scarlet roofs below put the city’s scale into sharp relief.
