A gray-green morning lifts off Manuel Antonio's coast as a compact shuttle threads north along the Pacific, palms and surf keeping time. In under an hour the rainforest gives way to the low ridges and open ranchland above Jacó; at Vista Los Sueños Adventure Park the air tastes of wet earth and exhaust, promising adrenaline and quiet river pools in equal measure.

This is a full-day (about 10 hours) tour from Manuel Antonio/Quepos including round-trip transport, bilingual guides, buffet lunch, fruits and water, and two chosen activities at Vista Los Sueños.
ATV is one of the selectable activities; a credit card hold (approx. $1,000 for up to five vehicles) is required to secure ATVs, or you can purchase $25 per-ATV insurance (non-refundable).
