A fantastic experience in the heart of the Food Valley to discover two world-class products: Parmigiano Reggiano and Parma Ham.
After your brief train journey, from Bologna or Modena, we will meet in Parma and head towards a dairy producer to see live the different production phases of Parmigiano Reggiano and enjoy a little tasting of two different ageings at the end, accompanied with some local wine.
Afterwards, we will go towards the hills and visit a prosciuttificio to learn about the production and characteristics of the Parma Ham. At the end of the visit, we will taste some Parma Ham with a glass of wine before returning to Parma train station.
