“Frida & Flowers” is an exciting new collaboration between the Santa Fe School of Cooking and Artful Soul Creative Experiences. Mickey Bond and Laura Tarnoff, co-owners of Artful Soul, have designed an easy and fun painting class especially for guests of the Santa Fe School of Cooking. Celebrate the life and creativity of the artist, Frida Kahlo with a painting lesson, featuring finger foods Frida herself enjoyed.
Laura and Mickey have built-in painting shortcuts so everyone can relax and enjoy the creative process. Class includes a short film about Kahlo’s life and art, painting demonstrations by both instructors and lots of individual attention. No art experience required. Participants leave with an 11x14 painting to hang at home, a souvenir of a special immersive art-experience in Santa Fe. All while enjoying the relaxed vibe , friendly service and great food the cooking school is known for.
Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time to get comfortable and prepare your materials.
