Some bread requires a long fermentation so even though you will be making everything from start to finish, some of the dough you will use to make your own bread may be prepared ahead of time for baking.

The Chef will meet you at The time indicated in the confirmation email, directly at the school located at 6 Rue Baudelique, 75018 Paris, the closest metro station is Jules Joffrin on line 12. Ring the bell on your right at our doors when you arrive.
Arrive 15 minutes before class to settle in and prepare for a smooth start.
