About

The main focus in our private training session is safety, quality and fun. We will teach you how to achieve the freedive course goals in a comfortable and relaxed manner. You will be amazed how fast you will progress and what you can achieve with your body and mind. Freediving is all about relaxation and trust: we take the time for you to learn and experience freediving in your own pace.

You will be given the option of what type of freediving youre interested in training. You may choose from static, dynamic, or deep diving.

Deep diving being the most popular.

In our deep diving session, we will focus on two main freediving disciplines, free immersion and constant weight.

We can focus on the safety aspects of freediving. We can learn to save an unconscious diver from an underwater blackout and learn best practices to make sure everyone involved is always safe.

Learn about the different types of freediving in this course:

  • Static Apnea: This type of freediving discipline involves the diver holding their breath for the maximum possible time while floating face down in a confined body of water. To qualify, the diver's respiratory system must remain fully submerged throughout the activity.
  • Dynamic Apnea: In this freediving discipline, the diver aims to cover the longest possible distance in a horizontal position underwater while in confined water. The activity can be done with or without fins.
  • Free Immersion: This discipline involves the use of a guide rope to descend as deep as possible and then return to the surface. This activity can also be done with or without fins.
  • Constant Weight: During this freediving discipline, the diver uses their own strength and technique to descend as deep as possible next to a guide rope without touching it. This discipline is performed in open water and can be done with or without fins.

This session includes 1-2 professional photos.
