If you've always wanted to take your snorkelling and breath hold diving further, become an SSI level 1 freediver.

This program will take you deeper than you've ever been on a single breath and is for anyone with the desire to explore, from the complete beginner to an experienced snorkeler wanting to achieve greater depths.

Freediving level 1 will give you the foundation to reach your goals and provides you with the training and knowledge to safely freedive to depths of 20m.
