Embark on a transformative three-day freediving course that equips you with essential skills to explore the underwater world. Learn safe diving techniques, understand your body’s response to breath-holding, and master both pool and open water disciplines. By the end, dive confidently between 12 and 20 meters, ready for your aquatic adventures.
In this course, you will get all the basis of freediving and will become an autonomous freediver able to explore the underwater world comfortably. You will learn how to practice freediving safely, what happens with your body when you hold your breath, how to dive more efficiently, and how to handle freediving mentally, but also any other life situation. By the end of the course, you should be able to dive safely and comfortably between 12 and 20 meters — which is the depth limit for this course — experiencing both using fins or pulling on a rope to go down. You will also learn distance disciplines in the pool, with and without fins, focusing on technique and efficiency.
Duration: 3 Days (9am-5pm) classroom day, dynamic pool day & open water day

Schedule:
Day 1: Classroom Session
Location: Xhale Spearfishing, Jupiter Time: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (with a lunch break) Activities: Learn free-diving theory and review course material. Select and learn about proper free-diving gear.
Day 2: Confined Water Training
Location: Currie Park, West Palm Beach (or local pool if ocean conditions are not suitable) Activities: Dynamic requirements and training in clear pool-like conditions in the inter-coastal. Experience real-life scenarios while training in a natural setting.
Day 3: Open Water Training
Location: Offshore from Currie Park Time: 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM Activities: Complete open water training and requirements.
Additional Information: Training location confirmation and exact times will be provided on the classroom day, depending on weather and tides.
