IMPORTANT:

• The Free Walking Tour service runs in both Spanish and English, so please, BE SURE that you are booking in the right language.
• It is possible that some days we do not have availability in both languages, so you should CHECK OUT our availability.
• If the tour DOES NOT APPEAR in our booking system, that means that it IS NOT AVAILABLE on that particular date/time.
• You will receive a confirmation mail IN THE DAYS PRIOR to your visit. ONLY IF YOU RECEIVE THE BOOKING CONFIRMATION it means that the tour will happen.
• If in the end you are NOT ABLE to come to the tour, please LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE. THE PLACES ARE LIMITED and other customers may occupy those free.
• The Free Walking Tour is for SMALL GROUPS and HAS A MAXIMUN OF 6 PEOPLE PER BOOKING. We do not accept groups bigger than 6 in the Free Walking Tours. If you belong to a bigger group, please contact us.
• Tour ADAPTED for those with reduced mobility.
• PETS are welcomed.

CANCELATIONS AND REFUNDS POLICY:

No charge will be applied for cancellations made 7 days prior to the tour.

50% of the total amount of the service will be refunded for reservations cancelled between 4 and 6 days prior to the tour.

For reservations cancelled less than 4 days prior to the tour, there will be NO REFUND.

Cancellations must be processed through email kaixo@golocalsansebastian.com.

Important: Check your email 30 minutes before the tour starts to see if you have received a cancellation email. If there are not enough people on the tour, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
