Adventure Tips

Wear Sun Protection

Florida’s sun can be intense, so bring sunscreen, a hat, and polarized sunglasses to protect yourself during your paddle.

Bring Water and Snacks

Stay hydrated and energized with plenty of water and light snacks, especially during warmer months.

Check Tides Before You Go

Tides can affect water levels and current strength; plan your trip around slack tide for easier paddling.

Use Lightweight, Quick-Drying Clothing

Opt for breathable and moisture-wicking apparel to stay comfortable on and off the water.
