Embark on an unforgettable adventure as you cruise 9.5 miles through scenic tidal creeks to the untouched shores of Morris Island. Join a knowledgeable naturalist for a 3-hour beach hike, exploring the fascinating world of prehistoric fossils while discovering their origins and identifying your own finds along the way.
Board our motor boat and cruise 9.5 miles through tidal creeks and marshes out to the uninhabited Morris Island. Once you get to the beach, a naturalist will lead you on a 3 hour, multiple-mile beach hike to a remote location where you are likely to find pre-historic fossils. As you hike your guide will discuss fossils, why fossils are found in this area, and what type of fossils you can expect to find. The naturalist will also identify any fossils you find.

You’ll be walking on rocky shorelines and wet sand, so waterproof shoes with good grip are essential.
