About This Adventure

Restrictions:

  • Those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Tours may go down and up several staircases, and include walking of 1/2 mile.

About This Tour

We take you into our favorite haunts and talk about local legends, hauntings, strange happenings and our most recent ghostly encounters. Along the way we will sample decadent desserts, chocolate concoctions and comforting cookies. This guided tour takes about one hour and covers a half mile around and underneath Old Town Fort Collins. This is big fun for grown-ups and kids! While this tour is kid-friendly, all minors must be accompanied by ticket-holding adult over the age of 18. Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether their children are ready to hear stories of ghosts, sightings, activity, etc. Treats served may contain allergens, not limited to but such as peanuts and wheat. Be advised there are staircases without handrails, and with deep uneven stairs on this tour.

Location

Tours start in Old Town Square near the fountain. We are located between Cira Ltd and Thamel Import Gifts. Look for the Fort Collins Tours and Home State Realty signs. Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in with the tour guide(s). Tours depart promptly at the scheduled times.

Weather

Tours run rain or shine, except in the rare case of extreme weather. We will contact the person that purchased tickets with the phone number or email provided if we ever have to cancel a tour due to extreme weather conditions. You can also call us prior to a tour to inquire about tour status.
