Embark on a transformative 4-hour journey into nature with Soft Pine Wellness. Engage in guided meditations, forest bathing, and creative expression, deepening your connection to the Earth. Conclude with a light meal of local foods and forest tea, all while using eco-friendly tools to enhance your experience in the wild.

This rich and holistic experience will feature seated and walking guided meditations to tune into the melody and rhythm of the land. You will explore your unique way of caring for the Earth and encounter the unique beings we live alongside. A range of forest bathing activities will ask you to dive deep into your awareness of yourself and the landscape through intimate moments of attention and reflection. You will use art, writing and other forms of expression to claim your place in the natural world. The experience will conclude in sharing a light meal of local food and crafted forest tea.
You will be offered a Closer to Nature kit in an eco-friendly tote bag, containing a beautiful, locally made and eco-friendly nature journal and pencils. The tote bag works work well for carrying your personal items. You will also find a Nature Connection Support Guide, crafted by Wil, full of forest bathing tips and supportive resources. Natural, unbleached tea bags are also included for creating your own foraged teas.
Sitting mats and blankets will be available to help you feel at home in the wild. A large, screened and heated tent offers shelter during bug season, heavy precipitation or cold temperatures.
Each experience will conclude with a wild tea brewed with forest plants in addition to locally harvested and created foods. Please confirm any food considerations; gluten, dairy, and nut free options, as well as vegan options, can be easily offered.
There are washroom facilities on site to use at the start and end of the experience. Much of your time will be spent in the wilderness and away from facilities.
Dress in layers and bring rain gear to stay comfortable during outdoor sessions.
