Experience a sensory journey in our Wine & Chocolate Pairing Class, where you'll explore the unique flavors of single-origin chocolates and their cacao origins. Taste cacao fruit pulp, savor expertly paired wines, and learn professional tasting techniques, all while enjoying light snacks and engaging worksheets to enhance your culinary adventure.
Our Wine & Chocolate Pairing Class is an immersive delight of the senses. This experience involves an introductory background to our company, what makes our single-origin unroasted chocolate unique ,and cacao origins. Participants will get to taste cacao fruit pulp and compare different cacao bean origins, setting the tone to dive into our wine and chocolate tasting. Participants will learn all about tasting chocolate like a pro as well as interpreting flavor notes of single-origin chocolate. In this tasting we highlight 4 different single-origin dark chocolates and a hand crafted chocolate truffle. Each chocolate is paired with one of 4 different wines that will be enjoyed during class. We have accompanying worksheets and tasting wheels to enrich the experience as we explore the world of tasting and pairing together. Light snacks will be provided during the class.
