With this tour in the heart of the Food Valley, you will visit a dairy factory producing the unmistakable Parmigiano Reggiano. You will learn about its stages of production and enjoy a tasting of different ageings at the end. You will also visit a historic family winery, where they will guide you through stages of winemaking. Obviously, during the guided visit, you will not miss the tasting of local wines of their production accompanied by a selection of traditional products. The tour will proceed to an "acetaia", the place to discover the history and ancient tradition of an exceptional product: the famous “Oro Nero” of Modena. Here, you will understand the patient process behind the production of the traditional balsamic vinegar and taste it in different ageings at the end of the visit.

Before returning to Bologna, you will enjoy a fantastic lunch with local products to savour the flavours of this rich enogastronomic land.
