You will learn about its stages of production and enjoy a tasting of different ageings at the end. You will also visit a historic family winery, where they will guide you through stages of winemaking. Obviously, during the guided visit, you will not miss the tasting of local wines of their production accompanied by a selection of traditional products. The tour will proceed to an "acetaia", the place to discover the history and ancient tradition of an exceptional product: the famous “Oro Nero” of Modena.
