About

Situated in the left bank of the Seine River and dating back to the Middle Ages, the Latin Quarter has been the home of many writers and intellectuals, as well as the many students from the Sorbonne University main campus situated at the heart of the area.

Come with me and discover the origin of the name of this mythical place, that remains one of the liveliest neighborhoods in the city, with a friendly village feel, graced with beautiful fountains and trees, as well as a clutch of outstanding historic buildings and monuments.

In our time together, we will

  • Enjoy the food you have been looking for to try! we will be sampling small bites and drinks along the way, while visiting several points of interest in this emblematic part of Paris.

  • Learn the latest news on the restoration of our beautiful Notre Dame Cathedral and the potential reopening dates.

  • Stroll one of the oldests streets in Paris (2000 years old!) and that was once surrounded by famous writers.

  • We will sample a curated cheese selection at a traditional cheese shop owned by the friendliest and most knowledgeable shop owner.
