What you’ll do:

  • Get to know pho inside out: discover how to create a perfectly balanced broth, then transform it into a slurpy chicken pho.
  • Bash up a fiery, aromatic paste using lemongrass, chilli, ginger and palm sugar, then use it to create sizzling pork balls.
  • Impress your mates by creating your own vegetable summer rolls from scratch.
  • Discover how to make a perfectly salty, sweet, sour and spicy nuoc cham (AKA the best dipping sauce in the world – trust us).
  • Take a seat in the comfort of your own home to tuck into your Vietnamese street-food spread.

  • This is a class best suited to and supervised by adults.
  • Our online classes are sold on a per household basis, so you can have as many fellow chefs in the same room as you like. One booking = one household. Happy days!
