In this experience you will make your own buttermilk scones and lemon drizzle cake before enjoying a luxury afternoon tea.

  • Watch baking demonstrations from Bronagh including a home-made raspberry jam demonstration. In summer this will be strawberry and foraged elderflower jam when available.
  • You will make your own buttermilk scones and lemon drizzle cake to enjoy and take home.
  • After the workshop you will relax and enjoy afternoon tea served in pretty china.
  • All equipment, ingredients, aprons and recipes included.

You may bring your own bottle of alcohol to enjoy. Complimentary glass of bubbles with afternoon tea. Please advise of any food allergies on booking. Boxes provided to take home your home-made treats.

Participants have the option to take part in a tray bake masterclass, where instead of baking cakes and scones, they can prepare two tray bakes of their choice. Tray bake options include: Caramel Squares Malteser Tiffin White Chocolate Blondies Rocky Road Additional tray bake options are also available and can be confirmed upon booking.
