You and your friends are invited to join us and experience a unique blend of artisanal flair with our J. Carver Cocktail and Gourmet Pizza Pairing Event at J. Carver Distillery on Friday, August 22nd with seating times at 5pm or 7pm.

For $60 plus taxes and fees, indulge in: -A handcrafted J. Carver cocktail to welcome you -A gourmet artisan pizza by Rolling Hearth Bistro -A 750 ml bottle of your choice: J. Carver Vodka, J. Carver Gin, or 5 year Hunt Club Double Barrel Rye.

Availability is limited to ensure an exclusive experience. Reserve your spot for either 5pm (doors at 4:45) or 7pm (doors open at 7pm).

Artisan Pizza Choices: -Carnivore Pizza: Sharpen your incisors on this meaty creation made with pepperoni, Italian sausage, and bacon on top of a small batch, house made red sauce and fresh basil and mozzarella.

Shrimp PoBoy Pizza: A garlic butter sauce with a hint of lemon sits under a bed of fresh mozzarella cheese and topped with bite sized Cajun seasoned shrimp, green and red peppers, mushrooms, and sliced grape tomatoes.  Then finished out of the oven with lemon kissed arugula and a creamy remoulade drizzle.

-Garden Party Pizza: Loaded with fresh garden veggies: mushrooms, green peppers, red onion, green olives, and Sangria tomatoes all on top of a bed of house made red sauce, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil and finished with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

Carver Premium Vodka and carefully distilled with a hand-selected mix of nine botanicals, traditional juniper is balanced with select citrus notes and anise. Best consumed neat or to compliment classic cocktails. 80 proof

-5 Year Hunt Club Double Barrel Rye: This limited release whiskey, aged over 5 years, is a "must try" for the rye connoisseur! After aging J. Carver Rye Whiskey for over 4 years, that spicy spirit is transferred into our seasoned Minnesota barrels that held our Apple Brandy based on cider from Minnesota-grown apples. The result is an intriguing mix of pepper from the rye balanced by subtle notes of caramel and vanilla with a silky smooth finish from the apple brandy. Best served straight. 80 proof
