Thai Classics Dishes Testimonial Mark was a great chef who taught us how to make Thai food. He answered questions in an easy to understand manner and brought humour to the class making it a fun experience. The venue was well stocked and good size for our group of 15. There was plenty of parking although road works in the area made travel time in peak hour, longer than expected.  Although it would of been nice to have hands on in making all the menu, the group style of making part was enjoyable and enhanced interaction with the other members of the class. Sharing of the wonderful food topped off an enjoyable experience. ~Gerry Snadden, April 2025

Thai Classics Dishes Testimonial Our teacher Mark was amazing and made the class so much fun. The food we cooked tasted like restaurant quality. I can’t believe we made it ourselves. I would definitely recommend this to friends. We loved it!! ~Danne Garmony, July 2025
