The Flower Picking and Arranging Workshop invites participants of all experience levels to roll up their sleeves for an hour-long session in Abma's blooming fields, where zinnia, celosia, snapdragon, salvia, aster, and other seasonal varieties burst with color.
The workshop begins in the flower fields under the fading light of early evening. Here, you’ll learn hands-on techniques for selecting and cutting blooms sustainably to preserve both the plant and your bouquet’s lifespan. After gathering your harvest, the group moves to the nearby greenhouse where expert guidance turns cut flowers into thoughtfully arranged bouquets. The workshop also addresses flower care, providing take-home instructions to extend the life of your creations at home.

The event runs rain or shine unless weather conditions are unsafe, in which case you will be notified about rescheduling.
All tools and a mason jar vase are provided to participants for flower cutting and arranging.
Due to uneven terrain, the flower fields are not wheelchair accessible.
