You push off from a Florentine side street and the city shrinks behind you—brick roofs and domes giving way to slender cypress rows and low stone walls. The e‑bike carries you up smooth country lanes, the motor helping on short, open climbs while vineyards and olive groves slide past like frames from an old travelogue.

Suitable for people with basic cycling fitness who can handle several hours of pedaling with electric assist; prior bike experience required.
The e‑bike assist reduces effort on climbs, but you should be comfortable riding for several hours and be able to complete a brief safety/test ride before departure.
Morning includes a visit to a local olive mill with an olive oil tasting and a glass of wine; afternoon grants access to the estate pool with 1 glass of wine and 1 bruschetta (pool access may be closed in bad weather and replaced with tasting).
Helmets and insurance are included; minimum age is 14 and minimum height 150 cm (4'11") to ride the e‑bikes.
The tour operates in most conditions; if the pool is unavailable due to weather, guests will instead take part in an olive oil tasting during the afternoon slot. Full refunds available if cancelled at least 24 hours prior.
