Sunscreen and repellents are prohibited to protect aquatic life—apply mineral alternatives only after checking with staff or use UPF clothing.
Bring a towel and dry clothes
Wear light clothing for the 500m forest walk and pack a towel for the reception area; lockers are available on the farm.
Use provided neoprene for comfort
Water is spring-fed and cool; the supplied wetsuit and neoprene boots improve comfort and insulation during the float.
