Enjoy our thrilling Class II & III Half-Day Whitewater Rafting trip on the Yellowstone River and cap it off with a relaxing soak at Yellowstone Hot Springs. This is a great trip for those with children 40 lbs & up! You will meet us at our rafting office 30 minutes before your scheduled trip. We will get you geared up and introduced to your river guide. It is just a short drive from our office to the river, where your experience will begin! You will get a great mix of big splashes and calm scenic stretches, taking in the views and wildlife of the Greater Yellowstone Area. After 9 miles on the river, we will take-out at Yellowstone Hot Springs. The hot springs are nestled along the Yellowstone River settled between two mountain ranges. There are changing rooms at the facility so you can get out of your river gear and into your bathing suite. Unwind and enjoy peace and serenity while soaking in the mineral-rich pools. After an hour of relaxation at the hot springs, we will drive you back to our rafting office. You can expect to be done with your trip no later than 7:00 pm. Allowing you plenty of time to grab a nice dinner in town, before calling it a night. Included: Depending on the time of the time of summer, wet suits, water shoes, and splash jackets
Please Note: We will be picking you up from Yellowstone Hot Springs. If you would like a dry change of clothes brought to you please leave them in a bag with our office staff. We will make sure the driver has them inside for you at pick-up.
Every guide holds First Aid, CPR, and Swift Water Rescue Certificates and undergo an in-depth training in all aspects of river guiding and rescue.
Plan to arrive at the Wild West Rafting office 30 minutes before the trip starts to get geared up and meet your guide.
You can leave dry clothes at the office to pick up after the soak at Yellowstone Hot Springs for comfort post-trip.
Even in summer, water can feel cool—use provided wetsuits and splash jackets to stay warm on the river.
Water shoes are a must for river traction and hot springs areas; Wild West Rafting provides them if needed.
