About This Adventure

Experience the thrill of Fling Golf, a unique blend of traditional golf and lacrosse! Using a FlingStick®, players of all ages can enjoy the excitement of navigating a standard golf course without the hassle of heavy clubs. It's easy to learn, making it perfect for families and social groups alike!

What is Fling Golf?

Over the years people have created different ways to “play” golf – speed golf, Frisbee/Disc Golf with metal chain link “holes” and even Foot Golf using a soccer ball.

Well meet Fling Golf ! Now you can get around a standard golf course using regulation golf balls, playing fairways, greens and holes but instead of that cumbersome heavy bag full of often expensive clubs, you use a FlingStick®.

Ideal for players of all skills and ages, it is especially enjoyed by social groups and families. You can even play in the same foursome as traditional golfers.

Fling Golf is truly a sport that is easy to start and fun to master.

How to Play Fling Golf

Spoiler Alert: Fling Golf isn’t about annoying rules. In fact there are very few despite it being played on a proper golf course.

All you need is a FlingStick® and a regular golf ball (included in playing fee). Just count your shots from tee to hole, like counting strokes in regular golf.

A FlingStick® looks a bit like a typical golf club with a standard grip and shaft but the end is more of a scoop for the ball called the channel.

A bit like a cross between Golf and Lacrosse, to fling the ball, the player night make his/her best Happy Gilmore impression, by striding up to the spot where the ball was picked up and then flinging it further down the fairway or lofting if you're close to the green. Finally you use the Fling Stick to push/putt the ball into the hole. Beginners, non-golfers and even frustrated "been-there-never-do-it-again" golfers have marveled at how easy it is to master and enjoy. Technique is yours to find and master - whatever works best for you !
