Expect to use a variety of techniques, based on the species you’re targeting. Speaking of which, you’ll be fishing for the likes of Coral Trout, Red Emperor, Sweetlip, Cobia, Trevally, Cod and Nannygai, depending on the specific season and the day’s weather.

Your boat for the day will be a 7.2m Marlin Broadbill that fits up to 5 anglers at any one time. The boat comes with an ice box.

5 Hour Morning Outer Reef Private Charter

Departing Port Douglas at 7.00 a.m. and returning at 12:00 p.m.

All rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. Any lost rods, reels, lures/jigs are charged at cost.

You’ll be able to keep any legal species caught during the trip.

The boat will be supplied with bottled water, and be sure to let the captain know if you have any questions or want to BYO.

All private charters require payment in full by 7 days before charter date. Please note the operator reserves the right to transfer the trip to calm water options, including estuary, in the event weather conditions prohibit venturing to the outer reef.
