Rates

  • $75/adult participant (Ages 12+)
  • $55/child participant (Ages 3-11) *Rates are based on double-occupancy in a tandem kayak. Single kayaks will be limited based on group size and equipment availability.
  • The above rates include boat, lifejacket, and paddle rental for the trip.
  • Gratuity for your kayak guide is not included in the above rates. Customary gratuity is 18-25% for exceptional service. Gratuity can be in cash or by card.

Description

Our guided kayak fishing trip is a two hour fishing excursion in Crystal River Preserve State Park, an area world famous for fishing. Manatee Mike, our experienced guide will take you to the best fishing spots for an unforgettable day on the water. Common fish caught in the area include snapper, trout, snook and many more. These fishing trips can either be in the main river or at Crystal Cove, but may be decided by the guide depending on conditions. Ten people max per tour. Equipment provided if needed.

Policies

  • Minimum 2 guests to operate the tour.
  • Participants must be 3 years of age and older.
  • Participants under 12 must be in the same vessel as their parent or guardian.
  • Guests are encouraged to familiarize themselves with our cancellation policies on the checkout page to follow before booking.
  • For your personal safety, animals are not allowed in kayaks unless they are service animals.

Essential Eligibility Criteria

  • All guests must follow all Florida Fishing Laws for license requirements. You can find those requirements here
  • Must have the ability to follow visual and/or verbal instruction independently or with the assistance of a companion.
  • Must have the ability to withstand exposure to the outdoors for the entirety of the rental period, this includes sun exposure on the water, currents/wave action, and exposure to insects.
  • Must have the ability to operate a watercraft independently, which includes paddling against and with a current, entry/exit of the paddle craft, and maneuvering the watercraft around other vessels.
  • Have the ability to tolerate 72-degree water and bright sunlight for 2 hours or more while paddling without disturbing the river bottom
  • Have the ability to survive in the water without the paddle craft independently or with the assistance of a companion in the event of falling or flipping off the paddle craft
  • Have the ability to remain seated, maneuver, and balance independently or with the assistance of a companion or with the use of adaptive equipment
