About
Your day starts at the dock as we watch the sunrise departing from the protected waters of Bayou Chico. We cruise out to the grass beds in Santa Rosa Sound in search of redfish, speckled trout, flounder, Spanish mackerel, pompano, jacks and bluefish. We end our 5 hour fishing adventure back at the Marina taking pictures of our catch. Then, the captain makes quick work of cleaning your catch along with teaching you how to prepare so you and your crew have a delicious seafood meal that evening.
