This river is fly-fishing only. If you don't know how to fly fish. That's okay. We can give you a brief lesson. This is a main hatchery for Maligne Lake and Medicine Lake. Upper Maligne River is only open 2 months of the year. August and September. Dry fly-fishing can be incredible.
All fishing gear and waders and boots is provided.
Must have polarized sunglasses. Dress warm. Water and snacks. No shorts and sandals.
