Public trip to the Dry Tortugas National Park with Finz starts early at our shop. We will introduce you to your fellow Tortugas-bound passengers and outfit you with whatever snorkel or dive equipment you may need. We then depart for our two-hour ride to the Dry Tortugas!
We typically arrive to Garden Key over an hour before the National Park Ferry. This gives us time on the island without 200 tourists. After the tour, we depart Garden Key and head for amazing snorkel or dive sites in the park, depending on the type of trip scheduled. This can include an amazing shipwreck or several beautiful reefs. During our public charters, you can scuba dive (if certified) or snorkel up to three different locations throughout the park. The number of spots is dependant on many factors. Between dives, you can enjoy lunch catered from one of Key West’s oldest restaurants.
There is a minimum of four passengers for this public charter to operate. Finz reserves the right to cancel this charter at any time. Any decision to cancel the trip will only be made by the captain on the morning of the charter. Once a space is reserved, there can be no changes made within 14 days of the charter. If the trip leaves the dock, there will be no refunds. We recommend trip insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
Early arrival ensures you get prime spots on the boat and gear setup time before departure.
