This guided walking tour features 4 delicious courses at four award winning Whistler restaurants. Included is the VIP treatment in the Bearfoot Bistro's famous 15,000-bottle wine cellar, where guests learn to saber champagne.

If you are looking to treat yourself to Whistler's best, this is the tour for you.

Your guide will enhance your culinary adventure with their local knowledge and enthusiasm for the wonderful restaurant dining scene in Whistler.

Optional Drinks Upgrade

Enjoy a flute of sparkling wine after one of the guests sabers open the bottle with a sword at the Bearfoot Bistro. The next two restaurants you will be served glass of your choice between a British Columbia red or white wine, or BC Craft Beer, and we finish with a 1oz glass of BC's famous icewine at the last restaurant.

The Drinks Upgrade includes 10% liquor tax and restaurant gratuities, which makes it great value for guests wishing to have wine with their dinner and sample what BC has to offer. Any additional wine or other drinks can be purchased directly from the restaurants.

Crystal Lodge Lobby Hotel in the middle of Whistler Village, down the stairs in between Roots Clothing Store & Starbucks . Sample Itinerary (restaurants & menu items subject to change):

Stop 1

Bearfoot Bistro: A delicious seasonal amuse bouche tasting plate to be enjoyed following a wine cellar tour and sabering (chopping bottle open).

Wine Pairing (if purchased): Glass BC sparkling wine

Stop 2

Choose between a Prime Beef Slider, OR Hy’s famous Nourish Bowl, OR their Seared Ahi Tuna for the tour appetizer.

Wine Pairing (if purchased): 3oz glass BC red or white

Stop 3

Quatro: Full main course choice of PAN ROASTED KING SALMON with truffle creamed leeks & lemon succo, OR; FUSILLI TARTUFATI with local wild mushrooms, truffle cream & sage, OR; CHARRED BAVETTE STEAK with saffron rissoto & autumn vegetables.

Wine Pairing (if purchased): 3oz glass BC red or white

Stop 4

Finish the evening with Chef's artisan cheese plate accompanied with local craft jelly. Guests often kick back in the lounge atmosphere for coffee, tea or cocktails following the tour.

  • Any guest purchasing the Wine Pairing must be 19+ and will need to show ID at beginning of the tour.
